Casas left Friday night against the Minnesota Twins visiting on a stretcher after suffering the injury at the bottom of the second entrance.
He hit a foreman of checks that the twin launcher, Joe Ryan, was wrong for an error. After stepping hard at the top of the first base bag, his left foot hit the foot of the first base man of Minnesota, Ty France, and fell strongly on his left knee.

Cora said Casas did not understand what had happened, since the coaches worked.
