Call it Cliché, but at the time it arrives in September, I can’t wait to start soup. Of course, it may not be * so * cold yet, but there is something in the nostalgia of the season that is flooded with each bowl I make. (That and there is always a gazpacho for the warmest days, right?)

While I have a list of autumn soup recipes where I lean, I’m always prepared to update it. (After the year we had, a review was definitely felt in order!) Therefore, I did it to the Internet to add some more to the rotation for this season, and I am here to share my winning options with you today. So, in the name of everything that is cozy and striking, we will immerse ourselves, agree?

Here are easy autumn soup recipes that are comfortable and delicious.

1. Easy French onion soup

An old but a gift, this soup always sounds like a good option. For this recipe specifically, under the bubble layer of melted cheese (which I love) you will find two additions * secret * that make it really reach the act. Click on the link below to see what I’m talking about!

2. Cauliflower and creamy cauliflower and mushrooms

It was later in life that I discovered my love for fungi. (And I am so slippery that I did it!) This vegan and gluten -free soup is one of the reasons for this, due to its creamy consistency and nutritious ingredients. It is safe to say that I will do this once the first day of cold temperatures arrives.

3. Soba soup with shrimp and vegetables

Speaking of something that I loved later in life, the Soba noodles also make the list. I love their qualities capable of Sorber, especially when they float in a tasty and tasty broth. For the cold season, I am convinced that this is a perfect antidote!

4. Chicken and lemon grass meatball soup

My grandmother used to make a variation of this recipe when we visited it on winter days. In fact, just looking at this recipe, I can practically try the well -known herby, goodness that greets my mouth. I like this interpretation for both its flexibility (you can adjust based on what you have by hand) and the list of economic ingredients. Therefore, it is a mutual benefit in my book!

5. Three bean Chile

The soup season would be nothing without a bit of Chile in the mixture! Thanks to a little help from my favorite cello cheese (your cheese is very rich and delicious), we can make the best comforting food to welcome the new season (and maybe watch a football or two match!).

6. Orzo and chickpeas with turmeric broth

I am always looking for a recipe in which I can incorporate chickpeas, also known as my favorite protein source based on plants. The moment I saw this dish, which also uses my favorite spices, Ranger and Cuermeric, I knew I would make my list!

7. Broth seafood showder

Seafood lovers, rejoice! This set, complete with homemade stock, is the ideal transition soup to take it from summer to autumn.

8. Instant Sweet

Last but not least, this colorful and sixty vegetarian recipe! Full of sweet potatoes, roasted tomatoes and corn, it is stuffed and rich in fiber. Better yet, it can be done in minutes thanks to the appliance of the kitchen of the holy graphic, the snapshot! (PSST! You don’t have one? Don’t worry, you can do this about the stove too!)
