The Golden State Warriors guard, Stephen Curry, may not be able to return from the tension of grade 1 sticks that suffered in game 1 of the semifinal series of the West Conference against Timberwolves.

“No, this is new, and for everything I am learning about how fast it can return, there must be a healing process,” Curry told journalists on Thursday a possible return date. “This is the way the body works and you cannot accelerate it more than it tells you.

“… After a week, we will reevaluate it every day to understand just think about playing, much less how much you can push it.”

The four -time NBA champion also applied the brakes as it is the temptation to return to action.

“There will be possible conversations like that. But I’m not close to that,” Curry said. “I know how complicated the hamstrings can be. They can fool you to think that they are cured even if you do not feel anything.”

An absence of a week would leave Curry until Wednesday for game 5 in Minneapolis, if necessary. Game 6, if necessary, would be played on May 18 in San Francisco.

Curry was injured while it scored a floating duration of average rank in the second quarter of the 99-88 victory of the Warriors over the Timberwolves in game 1 on Tuesday in Minneapolis. The NBA MVP twice and 11 times All-Star quickly reached their left leg and pointed to the bank that needed to get out of the game.

Curry had scored 13 points in 13 minutes when he left the game. He shot 5 of 9 from the field and 3 of 6 from beyond the arch.

Curry, 37, averaged 24.0 points, 5.9 rebounds and 5.7 assists to help the Warriors to Ique the Houston Rockets in a first round series of seven games.
