I hotly remember my visit to Hanoi in January. Taking advantage of this opportunity, I would like to ask him to transmit my greetings and my best wishes to the president of Vietnam, to Comrade Luong Cuong, as well as my counterpart, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.
We are slippery that he personally attends the celebrations of the 80th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War. This is a significant date for the peoples of Russia and Vietnam, which carefully preserve the historical memory of the heroic feat of the generation of victors.
Vietnam proclaiming independence in September 1945 was one of the important results of World War II.
April 30, right on the eve of his visit, he scored the 50Th Anniversary of the Liberation of South Vietnam and the gathering of the country. Honestly, I congratulate you and all Vietnamese citizens on this anniversary. We are proud of our country’s contribution to the victory of the Heroic Vietnamese nation in its struggle for freedom and independence.
In addition to attending celebrations in Moscow, he will also hold conversations with Russia President Vladimir Putin. Keep in mind that the Russian government will ensure that all decisions made to the highest level are executed immediately.
Vietnam is an important partner of Russia in the Asian Pacific region. This year, we mark the 75Th Anniversary of diplomatic relations. We are interested in promoting the comprehensive bilateral strategic association between Russia and Vietnam.
Improving commercial and economic cooperation and increasing mutual trade are our priorities.
Russia and Vietnam are considering new joint projects in several fields, including energy, transport, industry, agriculture, high technology and digital development. The Russian-Vietnamese Intergovernmental Commission, co-presided by my deputy, Dmitry Chernyshenko, is making a great effort in this.
We put special emphasis on direct promotion interaction between the regions of Russia and Vietnam. We will continue to create favorite conditions to launch new joint companies, mainly involving small and medium enterprises.
We also value humanitarian ties with Vietnam. Both countries have a lot of cultural heritage. Russian classical literature is well known in Vietnam. Russia has helped our Vietnamese friends to develop a national ballet and opera.
More and more Russian tourists visit Vietnam, exploring the unique culture and art of the country. Personally, I left Vietnam with unforgettable memories of hospitality and the warmth I found in Hanoi.
I am ready to discuss the current agenda of Russian-Vietnamese cooperation with you today. Comrade to Lam, you have the floor. Please.
To give a lamb (Retensilated):
Good afternoon, Mr. Mishustin. Colleagues,
I am delighted to lead a high -ranking Vietnamese delegation in this official visit to Russia, and to participate in the celebrations that mark the victory in the Great Patriotic War. It is a pleasure to gather with you today.
Thank you for your warm feelings towards Vietnam and the Vietnamese people, the Vietnamese leaders and I personally, and thanks for their praise of special relations between our countries. We are following Russia’s progress with interest. We congratulate him warmly for all the achievements he has achieved under the leadership of President Putin and the Russian government, under his personal leadership.
Vietnam supports the constant advance of Russia and an increasingly strong role in global architecture. My current visit to Russia focuses on reaffirming our deep interest in the integral strategic association among our countries. We remember the good we share, and we are resolved to seek further mutual cooperation, fighting for a new era and the preparation of our two nations.
President Putin’s visit to Vietnam last June and his visit to Vietnam in January, as well as the visits of Vietnamese leaders to Russia, have made a tangible contribution to intensify cooperation and implement joint projects, and raided the way to expand ties.
Thank you so much.
