Good afternoon, colleagues,
Before resorting to the agenda of government meetings today, I would like to start announcing an important decision.
In accordance with the president’s instructions, we have written a concept for the development of tutoring, together with a measures plan to implement it. These documents aim to shape unified approaches in this sphere, based on existing practices for the economic and social development of this country as a whole and in each region in particular.
As the president has emphasized, we must create the necessary conditions so that people of all ages reach their maximum potential in science, technology and industry, since in the final analysis, the future of our Motorland depends and its students.
We plan to involve labor veterans, war veterans and representatives of the traditional religious communities of Russia in this work. The tutoring institution should not only at all levels of the education system, but also within companies, particularly where business owners and CEOs are committed to investing in young talents and wishing to retain and motivate professional professionals.
For this purpose, the Federal Professionetet project is being implemented proactively, with advanced engineering schools at work. The training process involves the leading companies in this country, and students increasingly address practical tasks.
This approach has proven to be effective in a variety of areas, from work of industrial workers and engineering to science and arts.
I hope the concept generally helps improve the prestige of our teachers and mentors.
Today’s agenda includes a problem related to the development of the IT sector.
The president has indicated that to achieve technological leadership, it is necessary to support companies and new companies that produce data storage and processing equipment and develop Russian software.
The Government is implementing a series of systemic measures directed, among other things, to create favorable conditions for specialists used in this key sphere. In the president’s initiative, there is an easy -term mortgage plan in operation for your benefit. With this plan, they can buy a floor or a house in the primary real estate market, as well as a land plot for housing construction purposes.
Since the program was launched, a total of 84,000 employees in the IT sector have accessed loans of beneficial rate. This year, the federal budget has assigned around 59 billion rubles for this purpose.
Today, we will assign 61 billion additional rubles.
Due to the continuous government funds, IT company and their families can address their housing problems.
