In particular, the city has commissioned almost 102,000 square meters of housing in four months, 40 percent more than last year. A large -scale project to establish a cultural cluster is underway, with the Academy of Operational Choreography and a museum complex that houses the art gallery of the Russian State and an opera and ballet theater under construction.
