The Cleveland Browns are signing veteran security Damontae Kazee, multiple points of sale reported Monday.
No terms were reported.
Kazee, 31, adds depth to a security room that saw the exits of Juan Thornhill (released) and Rodney McLeod (retreat) in the low season. The Browns did not take security in the draft of recent months.
Kazee played the last three seasons in Pittsburgh. He had an interception and 31 cup in 15 games (a beginning) in 2024.
A fifth selection of Atlanta Round in 2017, Kazee has 17 career ints, seven forced loose balls and 363 cup in 107 race games (63 openings) for the Falcons (2017-20), Dallas Cowboys (2021) and Steelers.
