The first base of Boston’s red socks, Triston Casas, was placed on the 10 -day lesions list with a broken left jet tendon on Saturday.

Casas left Friday night against the Minnesota Twins visiting on a stretcher after suffering the injury at the bottom of the second entrance.

He hit a foreman of checks that the twin launcher, Joe Ryan, was wrong for an error. After stepping hard at the top of the first base bag, his left foot hit the foot of the first base man of Minnesota, Ty France, and fell strongly on his left knee.

The manager of the Red Sox, Alex Cora, described him as “a significant knee injury” after Boston’s 6-1 victory over the twins.

Cora said Casas did not understand what had happened, since the coaches worked.

“It seems that I was in shock, to be honest with you,” said Cora. “He said immediately that he did it. It’s difficult. He works very hard and we want it in the field. It was also a hustle play, and that happened.”

Casas was replaced by Romy González on the first base.

Casas, 25, is hitting .182 with three home runs and 11 races promoted in 29 games this season.

Casas also ran into the misfortune last season, when it was limited to 63 games due to an injury to the left rib cage. He hit .241 with 13 home runs and 32 ranked races.

The red socks announced several other movements on the list on Saturday.

Zurdo Brennan Bernardino launcher was reinstated from the Beacemet list.

The Red Sox also activated the Triple-A Worcester Toro Toro Table player and the right pitcher Oppiced Luis Guerrero to Worcester.
