A former Captain of the California Highway Patrol was accused of sexual abuse of a hostess while traveling to Los Angeles from Florida last month, prosecutors announced Thursday.

Prosecutors claim that Dennis Wally Woodbury, 49, knocked down a bottle of the prosecco on the April 13 flight, slapped the rear of a male hostess and shouted: “I love you” and showed another male flight assistant a pornographer.

Woodbury, or Azusa, is accused of a serious crime of abauos sexual contact within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States if it is convicted, faces a maximum sentence of two years in the federal prison.

Woodbury’s lawyer, Annick Jordan, refused to comment on the case. Woodbury, who is out of custody on bail, could not be contacted immediately to comment. It is not clear when Woodbury stopped working for the CHP. The United States prosecutor’s office wrote in a press release that he had “been fired from the state service.”

Woodbury was traveling in the Jet Blue Executive Class section from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to Los Angeles International Airport when the alleged abuse occurred, according to the criminal complaint.

Before the flight left the door, Woodbury supposedly showed a hostess a photo of a dog with a blurred image of two men with sex in the background. The man replied: “Oh, my God,” and Woodbury laughed and said: “I wondered how long it would take you,” the prosecutors wrote in the criminal complaint.

Woodbury suggested that the two join together.

“When [the attendant] He showed how the oxygen masks of the plane worked, saw Woodbury looking at him and made a hand pumping movement, “says the complaint.

When a different hostess was collecting meal trays, Woodbury used his left hand to slap the assistant’s buttocks that he has “loved him”, according to the complaint.

Later on the flight, he alleges the complaint, Woodbury lowered his pants to expose his penis to the first flight attendant, which was in the front of the plane.

Prosecutors claim that Woodbury requested more wine and was exposed for the second time after they told him that only a non -alcoholic beverage could.

Woodbury returned to his seat and slept for the rest of the flight. While Lax police officers escorted him from the plane, the shouts to one of the flight attendees, “all this is his fault because you did not go to the bathroom with me,” according to the criminal complaint.

Later, Woodbury told the police that the hostess set him to go to the bathroom, but refused, according to the court registration.
