A day before Barber Escape, Daniels was arrested in Los Angeles after having left a re -entry program.

The CDCR, which could not contact the prison program, could not arrive on Saturday to comment. Thousands have gone through the 10 -year program, and is part of a broader impulse by the State to go beyond punishment and rehabilitation imprisoned people and reduce recidivism.

Most of those who escaped their January have tracked.

On Friday, prison officials announced that Barber was arrested by the Criminal Detention team of North Las Vegas.

There were no more details about how Barber ended more than 250 miles away or what he was doing in without City, but the authorities said it was “tasks in custody without incident.”

To be consulted for re -entry programs, people should not have more than 32 months, and not less than 60 days, before their earliest launch date. There are three facilities housing programs in Los Angeles County and there are others in the counties of Fresno, Butte, Kern and San Diego. The State has plans to expand the program to serve all counties for this summer.

“The objective of the program is to help participants again enter the community of imprisonment, as well as contribute to a reduction in recidivism,” says the CDCR on their website.

Barber was hired in a Nevada County prison and will be sent back to California, where the authorities said they would place it in a CDCR institution. His case is being sent to the Office of the District Prosecutor of Los Angeles County for consideration of the exhaust charges, the CDCR said.
